“I want to thank you and all of your bus drivers for helping to make Grad Nite so memorable for our graduating seniors. I am most impressed with the way you conduct business, and the personalized customer service you extend. When it looked as though I had more people who wanted to attend Grad Nite than I had bus seats available, BFI offered to exchange some of the 56 seat busses with 58 seat busses. You saved the day! Then when I told you that all 13 bus drivers needed to stay put in the Disneyland Parking Lot from midnight until 6:00am, you obliged, even though your bus drivers would have preferred to have left the premises and come back at 6:00am. I still can't believe you not only came to Granada Hills Charter HIgh School on Thursday evening to make sure that everything was OK, but you actually rode on the bus with us. You are truly the best walking advertisement for BFI. All of the chaperones and the students agreed that your buses were the nicest buses they have every rode on, and we have been going to Grad Nite for over 25 years. Your bus drivers also ranked as personal favorites with both adults and students. Please schedule us for Grad Nite 2010 (June 3, 2010) - 14 busses this time. We will also place BFI at the top of our list as our preferred chartered bus company.
